- Shipping and delivery options:
-Domestic (5-8 business days)
-Express (3-5 business days)
-Overnight (available within the continental US, order must be placed prior to 12 p.m. EST, Saturday delivery must be selected if ordering overnight on Friday or delivery will be for the following week, please contact us with any questions)
-International (1-2 weeks)
-Free in store pickup
- Processing time:
Standard orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item(s) have been handed to the carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.
- Damaged orders:
Oyster Bamboo is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us so we may file a claim with the shipping provider.
