Each student works at their own solid maple workbench which is outfitted
with an arsenal of the highest quality tools, such as
Lie-Nielson planes and Bellinger planing forms.
In fact, these are the very same tools and methods used to
create every Oyster bamboo rod.
Our brick and mortar shop is located in beautiful downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Our year-round trout fishing will afford you the opportunity to put your new fly rod to good use. Fannin County is the Trout Capital of Georgia.
This, after all, is the true test of a complete fly rod making class.

CLASS DEPOSIT POLICY
Because of the high demand and limited availability for our bamboo fly rod making classes, a $500 deposit is required to secure a space. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class date, you may use the $500 as a credit for an available date, merchandise (excluding promotions and labor) at our brick & mortar store in Blue Ridge, Georgia or our online store www.oysterbamboo.com up to 120 days prior to your class.
At 120 days, your payment is due in full and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
